SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Do you deliver to NYC? Yes, we personally offer delivery to NYC. Our base price is $200 per delivery. Rates will change depending on size, weight and number of items. We also work with private shippers through uShip and other private shipping companies, please e-mail us or text us for a quote.
Do you ship outside of New York? Yes. Currently, we offer shipping to the continental U.S.A. Please e-mail us or text us for a quote on shipping rugs and furniture prior to purchasing.
Do you ship international? Unfortunately, we are not set up at the moment for international shipments. Please check back with us in the future!
How will I know when my order is on the way?  If your order is with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please wait for your tracking number to check the status of your package. If you have selected private shippers, we cannot provide a tracking, however we will notify you when it  is en route, and they will contact you within 24-hours prior to arrival.
When will my order arrive? Priority USPS takes about 1-2 days. All other regular mail usually takes about 3-7 days. Private shippers take about 2-4 weeks depending on your location. We can give you an approximate time of delivery. Generally, as soon as your order is dispatched, you are responsible for communicating with your shipper for lead times.


PICKUPS / HOLDS / STORAGE
Can I place a hold on my item(s)? We do not place holds on items.
I cannot pick up my piece right at this moment, can I store it with you? We are only able to store your item(s) for 14 days, after that we charge $10/day to store your goods.
Can I pick up my order? Yes, select "local pickup" at checkout. We offer pickups from our storefront 67 Main Street, Livingston Manor, New York 12758 and sometimes at our storage warehouse in Parksville, New York (located 7 minutes from the store).
I want to come and pick up the order myself. How far are you from NYC? We are 2.5 hours from the GWB. Depending on where you are coming from, city traffic always adds 30 minutes to an hour.
When can I pick up my order? Please email us with a day/time that works for you. We are pretty flexible.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Can I cancel my order? All sales are final. Your order may be eligible for cancellation until it has been dispatched for shipping. A 10% restocking fee of all items apply. If your order has been dispatched for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return my order once it has arrived? Once an item has shipped, we do not accept returns. Please e-mail or text us with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to provide as much information as necessary to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
Can I get a refund? Though this doesn't happen very often, we do assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. All returns and cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
APPOINTMENTS
I am not here during your regular weekend opening hours, can I make an appointment to view something during the week? You can certainly make an appointment to view specific item(s). Please let us know which item(s) you would like to see from our website, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Our warehouse is currently not open for shopping.
TRADE ACCOUNTS
Can I set up a Trade Account? We are sorry but we are not set up for trade discounts at this time, check back with us in the future!
STOCK / QUANTITIES
I missed out on an item that sold, when will you get another one? We cannot guarantee that we can find a similar item.  We just never know with vintage pieces. Some of these pieces are very rare and we may never find them again. We do sometimes find some things more frequently, but it will not be exact. Our advice is to just keep following us to see what pops up!
Will you be able to let me know when you get another one in? Because of the amount of requests we receive, we are not set up for waitlists and are not able to notify you if something arrives.  The best way to keep up-to-date on new stock is to stop by the store in-person during opening hours and follow along on Instagram.
Can you do better on price? Our prices are firm, we price all our items fairly. You may be eligible for a discount if you purchase multiple items and your invoice is above $5,000. Please contact us for a custom quote. We also offer 5% discount if paid in cash to offset our credit card processing fees.
